Last year my daughter was just days away from being a 4 year old. Why am I finding 5 so difficult? The amount she has grown (and I don't mean just physically) this year is astonishing! This first pic was shot last year at about this same time. The second was taken today as we were on our way into her first day at pre-k.

Geez. Doesn't even look like the same little girl. *wiping tears as they roll down my cheek...
